Franklin Recreation Center
Franklin Recreation Center is located in lower East Oakland, adjacent to Franklin Elementary School. The center features a softball field, a basketball court, patio areas and play structures, as well as indoor spaces that serve as a multi-purpose room, game room and computer lab. This great community resource offers diverse programming for children and teens.
