HEALTHY PARKS.
STRONGER COMMUNITY.
Oakland is home to over 130 city parks. The Oakland Parks and Recreation Foundation (OPRF) supports parks and recreation for everyone in Oakland. As a trusted nonprofit partner to the City of Oakland, we work with local groups and community members to expand equitable access to parks and recreation citywide.
We believe that when parks are well-maintained and inclusive,
they bring joy, connection, and safety to every Oakland neighborhood.
