How to Start a Friends Group
There is no formal process to start a Friends group. We encourage groups that want to help their parks to sign up for adopt-a-spot as a first step. If they are interested in doing fundraising and need fiscal sponsorship then OPRF has a formal process for that that includes an application and agreement to sign.
